Yes! We spent five years designing, clearing the land, and building the cabin ourselves. It was a labour of love, and we poured our hearts into every detail. While we handled most of the work, we did bring in professionals for framing, drywall, and plumbing. You can learn more about our build journey and the hats we wore along the way here.

We are dog-friendly and love welcoming furry guests (for a fee)! We just ask that you let us know in advance so we can prepare for their stay.

We’ve had the honor of hosting many intimate elopements at our cabin, and love being part of such special moments. However, we do have limitations - our maximum guest count is six people, including the eloping couple. Out of respect for our neighbours we can only allow small, quiet elopements. Many of our couples get ready at the cabin and head out for the day to do a heli-elopement or to get married at one of the many beautiful spots in the area.

We designed our cabin’s floor plans ourselves and did offer them for sale for a time. However, we found that we weren’t equipped to answer all of the technical questions that came with selling them, so we’ve paused for now. At this time, stays at the cabin are offered exclusively through Airbnb.
